Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms and Conditions for Zateen.com

1. Package Inspection: As per our COD policy, the courier company will not permit package inspection before payment. Customers are kindly requested to complete the payment before checking the contents of the package.
2. Return Policy: Customers reserve the right to return the package only after the payment has been made and the delivery is acknowledged to the courier company.
3. Return Procedure: Should you wish to return the package, please notify us post-payment to the courier. You will be responsible for the return shipping expenses if you opt for an exchange or refund.
4. Policy Adherence: We request customers not to insist on inspecting the package before completing the payment, as this action contradicts the regulations of COD in Pakistan.
